WUWU School’s In program open for Term 2

Schools in

Western United is pleased to announce that the WUWU School’s In program is returning in term two of the 2021 school year.

As part of the Australian Government Schools initiative, WUWU School’s In will give students in the west the opportunity to learn and develop their skills on the football pitch.

The program is delivered by accredited Western United coaches and aims to deliver the Club’s core value of togetherness along with teamwork and social skills to our youth.

The sessions are also designed for all ages and abilities.

Whether a child is already playing the sport at the highest junior level or has never kicked a football before, the program caters to all with the assurance of it being an engaging and fun experience.

Each session on the day is based on Football Australia’s recommendations and includes an introduction to the program, a warm-up game, and a skill-based activity.

The session ends with a match, giving students a chance to show off their skills on the pitch.
