Three Western United stars feature in the round 10 Hyundai A-League Team of the Week for their performances away to Brisbane last Friday night.
Aaron Calver, Alessandro Diamanti, and Connor Pain each earnt their spot following Friday night’s 2-0 win at Suncorp Stadium.
Calver, who was shifted to an unfamiliar right wing-back role, provided the assist for Besart Berisha’s goal just before the interval.
His usual defensive traits didn’t disappear, either, with Calver’s ability to clear Brisbane’s attacks helping secure the three points.

Diamanti put on another dazzling display from midfield. The Italian’s ability to spot teammates before executing killer passes was a delight to watch.
The United captain’s inch-perfect cross in the first half found Connor Pain who finished past Roar keeper Jamie Young.
