Fans can bring a mate for free to the game by entering the code 19RISDON when purchasing on Ticketek.

Tickets for the match must be pre-purchased here.

There will be selected ticket windows open to assist with any questions on how to purchase via mobile phones.

Ticket holders must arrive during their allocated time and enter via entry gate shown on their tickets.

Member redemption

Please note that your membership card does not give access into the venue, and members must redeem their tickets for every match.

Parking

Accessible parking will be available at the North Ballarat Sports Club which can be accessed via Creswick Road.

Angled parking will be available in Norman Street, and limited parking will also be available at the Ballarat Showgrounds (access via Creswick Road).

Public Transport

Public transport is not included in a Western United membership or ticket.

Food and beverages

There will be a variety of local food trucks at the ground to meet your hunger and thirst demands.

COVID-safe info

Masks are required on concourses, in queues, indoors & outside where physical distancing is not possible.

Social distancing is required throughout the stadium.

There are only three reasons to leave your seat – to access amenities, food & beverage or exit the stadium.

Bag Restrictions

Bags must be A4 size or smaller to enter.

Pass Outs

There are no pass outs – patrons will not be able to exit the turnstiles & re-enter.
