Tickets

Tickets for this match must be pre-purchased.

Ticket Windows at Entrance E & F on the front forecourt will be available for customer service information only. Open from 3:00pm.

Ticket holders must arrive during their allocated time and enter via entry gate shown on their tickets.

All tickets are reserved row, flexible seats. Groups are to leave a two-seat gap between parties. Be mindful that other fans may be sitting in front of you.

Tickets for the match are still available at Ticketek.

Member redemption

Please note that your membership card does not give access into the venue, and members must redeem their tickets for every match.

Parking

The Eastern Plaza Car Park (opposite AAMI Park) is closed from Monday, January 11 – Wednesday, February 24. Alternative parking options can be found here.

Public Transport

AAMI Park is accessible by tram, train, and bus. The stadium is within walking distance of Richmond Station and Flinders Street Station.

COVID-safe info

Masks are required on concourses and in queues, all indoor areas and outside where physical distancing is not possible.

Guests will need to check-in upon arrival using any of the internal or external QR codes displayed around the venue. (Android users must download the Service Victoria app)

The venue is separated into zones. Your zone, allocated entry time and designated gate to enter the venue is listed on your ticket. You must enter via your designated gate only.

All tickets are reserved row, flexible seats. Groups are to leave a two-seat gap between parties. Be mindful that other guests may be sitting in front of and behind you. Guests must only sit in the aisle and row allocated to them.

Please do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell or are required to be in self-isolation or quarantine by the Victorian Department of Health for any reason.

This includes recent travellers from interstate or overseas, or those who have been a close contact with a COVID-19 case or visited a public exposure site. Guests who cannot attend for any of these reasons can request a full refund here.

  • Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or required to be in self-isolation or quarantine by the Victorian Department of Health, for any reason. This includes recent travellers from interstate or overseas, or those who have been a close contact with a COVID-19 case.
  • Please do not attend if you have visited any of the current public exposure sites in Greater Melbourne.
  • Guests who cannot attend for any of these reasons can request a full refund here.

Bag Restrictions

Any item or bag that is too large to fit under a seat must not be brought into the Stadium and a limit of one bag per person applies.

Pass Outs

Pass Outs are no longer available at AAMI Park. You will not be permitted re-entry if you leave the venue before the end of the match.

AAMI Park is now a smoke-free venue. Smoking is not permitted inside the venue, on the external concourses or on the Olympic Boulevard forecourt, including during half-time.
