Attending Western United’s match against Melbourne City in Geelong this Sunday?

Here’s the key information that will help you make it as smooth as possible.

Travel

If you’re travelling from Melbourne, catching a V-Line train is an efficient way of getting to the game.

V-Lines are departing from Southern Cross station at 2:30pm, 3:10pm, 3:50pm, 4:10pm and 4:30pm. The journey to South Geelong station is just 60-64 minutes).

From there, it’s a 3-minute walk to GMHBA Stadium.

To get home after the game, trains are departing South Geelong at 7:55pm, 8:30pm, 8:46pm and 9:26pm.

Services also stop at stations along the line including Footscray, Sunshine, Deer Park, Tarneit and Wyndham Vale.

Parking

Public parking inside the stadium is available for $10 and is located at car parks A4, A5 and C7. Parking opens at 3:45pm.

Car parking can be accessed from:

  • Entrance A: via Kilgour Street
  • Entrance C: via Park Crescent
  • Entrance E: via The City end of Moorabool Street (accessible parking only) All corporate guests parking in A3 will be required to enter via Entrance B – Latrobe Terrace.

Parking around GMHBA Stadium is limited. Please note council restrictions are enforced on surrounding streets.
