Western United captain Alessandro Diamanti has appeared on Football Nation Radio (FNR) with the boys from the Calcio Talk show to discuss his amazing career.
“When you walk into the Azzurri camp, you instantly forget all the fatigue, everything,” United’s captain told the show.
“When you’re part of the 23 [man-squad], it’s a magic moment.”
The Italian star also spoke about his decision to continue his career down under.
“The decision to come to Australia was simple: I asked my family, my kids, and they said yes.”
