All tickets must be redeemed from online ticketing website prior to arrival
Under government guidelines, all tickets purchased to Monday’s season opener at GMHBA Stadium in Geelong, must be redeemed before arriving at the ground through our ticketing provider Ticketek.
These guidelines are in place to ensure compliance with contact tracing and social distancing measures that are in place to keep us safe. These guidelines also include all members tickets.
Western United members are able to redeem their match tickets (at no charge) through the Ticketek website using their unique password/s which have already been emailed to all members.
In the past, members have been able to arrive at the stadium and scan their membership card for entry, however, with the current government guidelines in place, members planning on attending Monday’s season opener must also redeem their free ticket(s) through the Ticketek website.
How to redeem your ticket(s):
1. Head over to the Ticketek website here.
2. When prompted, enter your unique password. You can enter multiple passwords (max 10) at the same time to sit with other members.
3. Please scroll down to find the member redemption ticket option (no cost).
4. Select your ticket/s to complete the process.

Redeem before Christmas Day to win!
Members who redeem their match tickets prior to 11:59pm on 24 December will go into the draw to win a money can’t buy experience and be part of the new season opener like no other.
One lucky Western United member will win the experience to meet both captains and flip the coin prior to kick-off out on the GMHBA Stadium field in front of fans.
The winner will be announced on Boxing Day (26 December) on our social media channels as well as on this page.
