Member ticket redemption

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, going to the football in 2021 will be a different experience for everyone and there are some important changes for members to be aware of.

Western United have started their second season in the A-League where they look to build on the success of their inaugural year, both on and off the pitch.

However, the new season will have a number of changes that members may not be familiar with.

No physical member cards will be issued as members need to redeem a ticket for each match (at no cost) through Ticketek and scan into the venue with a QR code on their mobile.

This is to ensure the Club complies with social distancing and contact tracing measures that are in place to keep everyone safe.

Members are strongly encouraged to redeem tickets before arriving at the match day venue.

If you redeem tickets for a group, distribute the tickets by SMS before arriving to ensure seamless entry. You can either forward the SMS which contains the link to the ticket or share a screenshot of the QR code.

Members without access to the internet or a mobile phone can contact our membership team on 1300 46 86 48 33 or membership@wufc.com.au for assistance with redeeming a ticket.

Support is also available at the ticket windows at the venue on match day, however, we strongly advise members attending to redeem or purchase a ticket prior to match day.
